How much time and space do you require for set up?

We usually need at least 1.5hours for set up in venues we have never been in before. Difficult access venues may require a bit longer and simple set ups a bit less. Where possible we can set up the day/night before service. Please let us know what to expect when we arrive.
Our Rustic Bars require around 3m x 2m for the bar and requipment - plus space around for service and queueing.
If you are proving the bar - we need minimum 1.5m counterspace for service and our equipment.
We also require storage space underneath for water and waste tanks and additional space for stock.
The countertop must be strong enough to support up to 100kg weight.

Power Requirements

Our business is designed exclusively for inside use, therefor we use the venues power for operation.
For smaller set ups we can operate with 2x separate regular 13amp wall sockets taking up to 4kw max power for all kit.
Larger set ups will operate on 1x 32amp 3pin single phase commando socket up to 5kw for coffee machine - plus an additional 13amp adapter block up to 3kw max for the rest of our kit.

What we require for the venue

• Accessability to the service location- Loading area & Service elevators where necessary

• Access to fresh drinking water is essential for us to fill up our tanks

• Power as per requirements above

• Waste disposal services are desirable, but we can accommodate for more remote venues

• Any decorations you would like us to use for our display to fit with your set up
