FAQ’s & Enquiry Form

  • 1 Barista on your stand can comfortably serve conference numbers up to 3000. Conferences with delegate numbers over 3000 would benefit from an additional barista.

    Although speed is very important to us, we also value conversation and interaction with your team. We take initiative when leads come up in conversation while serving. We’re happy to discuss your goals for your event and recommend suitable services.

    Please give us an indication of the size of the event you are attending when enquiring.

  • Our day hire rate includes events in and around Glasgow & Edinburgh, Scotland.
    We are happy to travel further charging milage & accommodation additionally.

  • We recommend 150cm counter space for a comfortable service.
    We require storage under-counter for our water and waste tanks and water pump. We also require additional storage space for our milks and for additional stock items: cups / lids / coffee etc.
    We can use our van for storage if parking at your event is appropriate.

    We will send a minimum requirements document with your enquiry.

  • Yes, we have a unique wooden crate apple box coffee bar suitable for use on exhibition stands.
    Alternatively we can arrange for a bar to be built to your specifications - please ask when enquiring about our services

  • Our set up includes a 2 group espresso coffee machine, on demand grinder and water pump. All kit is powered with a standard 13 amp plug socket, requiring < max 6kw power.
    We will send a minimum requirements document with your enquiry.
