Our conference coffee bar hire includes a fully equipped mobile specialty coffee bar, professional baristas, premium coffee, milk alternatives, cups, and accessories. We also provide setup and breakdown, and can customise branding, cups and aprons to reflect your event identity.

Typically, one barista comfortably serves up to 3000 attendees over a full day on your stand - for very high delegate numbers we recommend additional baristas to keep queues short and service flowing smoothly.

Yes - our team includes trained baristas experienced in fast-paced events and we bring commercial-grade espresso machines, grinders, and all equipment needed for seamless service.
It would be great if your bar could include a fridge, however we can work from cool bags, if not. -
Absolutely. We can provide our own bar offer branded cups, signage, and themed setups to match your stand or integrate with your own stand design. Please just ask when enuiring what your preference would be.

We serve a full range of speciality coffee drinks - from espressos to lattes. We also provide teas, cold drinks, and can customise the menu to suit your conference audience and your preferences

Yes - we offer a selection of milk alternatives (oat and coconut) and can accommodate various dietary preferences and requirements.

We recommend allowing at least 2.5m × 1.5m of space for a standard bar with working area. For larger setups or multiple bars, we’ll work with your venue to allocate the appropriate footprint. Setup time may vary but we typicaly like to load in the evening before - this takes around 1.5 hours from arrival. We will usually plan this well ahead of your event to ensure smooth service.

Yes. We will require around 5kw of power on the stand split accross 3× 13 amp plugs. We also need access to drinking water to fill our tanks but we usully arrange this with the venue directly.
