No — our focus is entirely on delivering an outstanding coffee bar experience. We turn up with our team, bar and equipment ready to serve. We do not handle event logistics, planning, setup tasks outside of the coffee bar, or coordination with other vendors. That remains the responsibility of your event or brand team.

To operate safely and efficiently, we require:
✔️ A suitable indoor space for the bar setup
✔️ Access to power (standard electrical supply)
✔️ Preferably drinking water access
We can assist with arranging water if needed — just let us know ahead of time. -
Our coffee bars are designed primarily for indoor activation spaces with fixed power access. If you need outdoor service, please contact us — we can discuss options and requirements based on your specific venue.

Yes — we bring all bar equipment and tools required to serve. This includes quality espresso machines, grinders and service ware. What we don’t bring is infrastructure outside the bar footprint — such as generators, event furniture, or staging.

Yes — we provide the coffee, milk alternatives, syrups and other bar stock necessary to deliver your chosen menu. Any specialised brand products can be incorporated with prior notice.

Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate specific arrival times, setup locations and service windows with your event team — but our scope remains the coffee service itself.

We recommend booking as early as possible for high-demand dates. Your coffee bar and barista team will be reserved for your event once confirmed in writing with a deposit.

Because we are a staffed coffee service operating indoors, most venues will accept our standard operating insurance and risk assessments. If your venue has specific permit requirements, we ask you to handle these or advise us early so we can support where possible.

No — we do not hold an alcohol licence and cannot provide or serve alcoholic drinks. However, we’re happy to work alongside a licensed bar, venue or approved alcohol provider if your activation requires it. Any alcohol service, licensing compliance, permits and ID checks remain the sole responsibility of the licence holder or event organiser. Our role is limited strictly to the coffee bar experience.
