We love filter coffee!

It's the best way to really experience the full flavour of our coffee and taste the origin of the beans.  It produces a longer and lighter cup than any espresso based coffee - we like to recommend it to people who don't usually drink coffee!

Each country's coffee beans have their own special characteristics which you can taste much more prominently in a filter coffee. As our suppliers roast our coffee lighter than your usual high street brand, just like wine, an array of natural flavours are released which are delicious and sometimes quite surprising!

Coffee is just like any other fruit and is therefore seasonal. Our filter range will change with the seasons, have a look below at our current selection.

V60

We've chosen the Hario V60 which is named for the angle of its cone shape. It is a simple pour over method which really lets the flavour develop and give you a wonderful medium bodied filter coffee with great flavour. We use natural paper filters which delicately filter the coffee.  It is a dramatic, stylish and most of all delicious way to prepare a lighter, longer drink for your guests.
You won't be disappointed!

Speciality Coffee Batch Brew

If your event will be providing for a high volume of guests then we might suggest having the option of a batch brewer. This little machine is similar to your classic American diner style drip filter, but has been designed with specialty coffee in mind. So if filter coffee is your bag but individually hand brewed coffees are too time consuming then look no further than our batch brew option. Fast, delicious filter coffees served black or with milk.

It's also a great option for our Afternoon Tea service to provide coffee available on the table.

Get in touch and we can discuss which options are best for your event!
